HAMAMATSU L 9631X－RAY 光管在電池檢測的應用

Hamamatsu L 9631微聚焦X射線源具有40~110 kV密封結構的x射線管，最小x射線焦點尺寸為15μm，最大輸出功率為50W，光束角度為62°。微聚焦X射線SOURCE是專門為X射線無損檢測而開發的.一個小的焦點可以防止X射線圖像的模糊，并提供一個銳利的放大圖像.提供了一個RS-232C接口作為stan。用于外部控制。即使在三維觀測期間，這些微聚焦X射線源也能產生清晰、銳利的放大X射線圖像.

Hamamatsu L9631 Microfocus X-ray Source has has a 40-110KV sealed configuration x-ray tube with 15μm minimum x-ray focal spot size, 50W maximum output and a 62 degree beam angle. Microfocus X-ray sources are specifically developed for X-ray nondestructive inspection. A small focal point prevents blurring of X-ray images and delivers a sharp enlarged image. An RS-232C interface is provided as standard for external control. These microfocus X-ray sources also yield clear, sharp enlarged X-ray images even during 3D observation.
